H1 expired - Visa not stamped.

Hello All,

I had a H1B petition with a validity from 10/24/2012 thru 10/23/2013, I never got a chance to complete my visa stamping during that time. Now, I'm wondering if I can go for Visa stamping with this petition.

You cant go for stamping with an expired petition. You would need to get your prospective employer to file for an extension.
