VO: (hands over a yellow waiting slip which said 'wait before we call you again' ) you need to wait. We will call you

(After 20 minutes , he called me)

VO: your case needs additional processing, for now you can retain the passport. We will get back to you. Meanwhile this is the case number with which you can track
Me: how long will it take to get response ?
VO: 3 business weeks
Me: (leaves the place)

Feb 3, 2015:

Got a note asking me to collect the documents

Within the packet contains another 221G form which said 'need additional processing'

I have my house, 2 cars, furnished house lying in US. Came to India to see my child and family.

The online status still says 'administrative processing needed'. Can we go with the timeline of the VO for response.

Call to vendor

On feb 10, my vendor got a call from immigration asking for details from their side. They had replied within 24 hours but am yet to get a response till now. Anybody has idea on the timeframe we get a response after a verification call is made

I attended the interview on jan 21st. I Had been issued 221g
My petition date ends 1st week of September

By when I can expect a response before petition ends

The last update date has been updated as Mar-5-2015 but the status still remains "Administrative processing" . It Was 21-Jan - 2015 ( my date of interview ) before . Any idea on what it exact means

My Interview was on 20th Feb post which got 221G,My vendor was contacted on 27th Feb replied same day post which status date changed to 10th March from 20th Feb. Not sure what it means. If any update at your end please let me know.

No update on status after March 10th..when checked with call centre they say the same story of all documents they have and nothing new is required..hoping to hear something soon..

Got a Blue Form for US B1/B2 Form 221g -- Please help

Hii,

I have applied for a B2 US visa to attend a meeting in US on 26th March, I'm residing in canada on a work permit, attended the interview on 16th March 2015 @ Ottawa, The counselor asked me questions about my 1. Current Employer 2.Purpose of Travel 3.where are you going in US. The counselor gave me a blue slip and asked me to email the documents.

Documents - Resume , List of publications associated with, Travel history, Sibling details.

Please let me know what is the list of publications associated with..

I'm working as a steel buyer in Canada, and i'm attending the meeting for Amway as i'm a member of Amway.
