I came to the U.S.A on H3 visa in 2007 and then my employer filed for my H1B. My petition was valid from 1 October 2008 until 30 September 2011. However my employer sent me back to the Indian office in May 2010. I have been working for the same employer since then in India. I have tried several times to get transfered to the U.S.A office however no luck.
Can you please advise on my situation. Can I find a job in the USA and transfer the same H1b? Or do I need to apply for a new petition?
