documents req for infant

Hi All,
Myself and my wife both have approved visa and currently i am in US.
Eventhrough my wife is holding h4 visa ,she hasn't visit US .
Issue is my baby born in india dont have visa.I have taken appointment @ chennai consulate on jan6th.
Could any one tells what are the documents she need to carry and what kind of questions we can expect in interview.
