Hii,
I was layed off on Jan 6th from company A and they are going to send letter to USCIS for revoke on Feb 8th.
My consultant did my H1B and filing for transferring it to USCIS on Feb 6th, no client letter yet so did regular filing.
My questions are
1. how much time will be taken by USCIS to cancel the H1B ?
2. Say if I get fulltime job in company C on Feb 16th by myself so
a. can I transfer the H1 from company A to company C ? Is it possible even as company A already sent revocation letter to USCIS ??
b. or it can be transferred from consultant to company C ? Is it possible as H1 is still not approved for consultant from company A so how can I even transfer from consultant to company C ??
