    H1B Interview ---- "@London, US-Embassy" ---- 6-Feb-2015

    1. Done with Security
    2. Done with finger prints
    3. In the main interview ...

    Questions:

    VO: Hello
    ME: Hello, good afternoon !

    VO: how are you ?
    ME: am very well, thanks. how are you doing ?

    VO: am fine
    ME: smile :~)

    VO: do you have all the documents ?
    ME: Yes, of course.

    VO: what's your highest degree ?
    ME: Master's

    VO: where did you pursue that, in India ?
    ME: Master's in UK, xxx university

    VO: what's your employer's name ?
    ME: xxxx

    VO: how did you know/find them ?
    ME: Saw the ad posted by them and approached through Job-board sites.

    VO: pass me your documents (I129, LCA, Proj Responsibilities) please
    ME: gave the docs.

    VO: will you be working clientside/on-site, where ?
    ME: I will be working On-site at my xxxx (employer's company)

    VO: what do your employer do ?
    ME: Consulting & Product development !

    VO: how many number of people work there?
    ME: about 45 Full time & 30 Contract employee's work there.

    VO: what are your responsibilities ?
    ME: explained in about 3-4 lines.

    VO: you can leave now (she kept my passport, I129, LCA, Job responsibilities)
    ME: shall I wait outside ?

    VO: No, you can go home. I have a couple of doubts to be clarified and if all goes well your visa will be sent within 5 days with VISA APPROVAL STAMP along with the documents I had. If we need more info we may e-mail you and it may take some more time for processing.

    ME: Not at all a problem, thanks and have a nice weekend !

    I was not given any slip (green) or she didn't say that there's a QUERY to sort but she kept my passport & few other documents.

    Has anyone faced this situation if so what happened in the end ??
    or has it ever happened to your friends ??

    am so confused & worried, WHAT ARE THE CHANCES .. ??
    PLEASE HELP !

    Check the consulate site with your DS-160 number, it should be under administrative processing. If VO said, it should go through fine, in all probability, it will. I faced similar issue just few days back.

    Unless you got into some problem with Law Enforcement which you didn't declare, you should not worry.

    Keep checking the site daily late night.

      after keeping my passport and other docs with them, the very next day after my interview I got a mail from london embassy to send some extra documents (scanned copies), in 2 days all documents were forwarded.
      it's been 15 business working days, yet I haven't received any reply from them, when i checked online regarding the status it still says "administration processing" in the website.

      i'm so worried, is there anything we can do now ?
