I have my L1B/I94 expiring on Jun 1st 2015. My employer(not changing employer, its the same) will be filing for L1 to H1 change of status in premium by April 1st. If everything goes good, will I have my H1 start date before Jun 1st ? In some forums, I read about the H1 start date being Oct 1st Can you please clarify ?
After my change of status (say sometime in Jun) will I be able to travel outside country for a vacation? Because, I have some travel needs for personal reasons to be done in July 2015.
