Hi,
I got my H1B approved in 2014 in the lottery but never got it stamped as I changed my mind to join the company. Now I am interested to join a new company that is ready to sponsor an H1B for me in July this year (2015). Will I be able considered in the lottery again or can I use my previous H1B and get it transferred to the new company and move to the US in July?
