HI ,
My H1-B visa and I-94 is getting expired in May 31 2015 and planning to visit India due to some urgent family matter and will be retuning back to USA before March 29th . Now My employer has filed H1-B extension(premium) but it went RFE and employer is going to submit the RFE documents .
I have couple of queries and would like to see the experts view
• Is my visa (May 31 2015) valid to enter USA when am in retuning back to USA by March 29th
• If my first question’s answer is YES : Once I am back to USA; do I need to apply the extension again?
• Please share your experience if you come cross this scenarios
