Expiration date on LCA

Hi,

Expiration date on my Labor Condition Application is written as Sept-2005. I have visa interview in the month of January-2006. I do not understand what that Expiration date is. Can it be a hurdle for my H1B ?
Can somebdoy throw some light on this ?

Petetion Expire deta?

Usaully, you will get H1B petetion expire date as LCA expire date. So if you have LCA upto Sep 2005, Petetion will also expire in Sep 2005. Then how will you go for stamping in January 2006?

Hey,

This seems to be more interesting. My H1B petetion expires on 2008 but LCA in 2005 Sept. I have applied for H1B in the month of June-2005. How can the LCA expires on 2005 ? Is it just a typo ?
