I have seen such kind of questions in this forum and i also need some clarification regarding this.
I joined my new employer on 6th june 2005, at that time the new employer told me that it is ok to join as they have sent my papers for h1b transfer to USCIS. After joining, later they said they have recived the approval. When i got a copy of approval it has the following dates:
Receipt date:- June-8-2005
Notice date:- June-13-2005
Stamp of recieved date on the approval as June 19 2005.
Is it Ok to start working for the Employer before i actually get the Notice of approval.
Do i need to talk to the employer to ask him to make my joining date later than June -8-2005??
If someone has some information regarding such a situation then please do respond.
