I'm working in USA on H1B. I'm a hindu and my fiancee is muslim by birth. He has an Arabic first name but he well known by his local name(non-Arabic). He wanted to change his name to local one legally. After that we are planning to get registered marriage. Will this change of name be questionable when he applies for H4 Visa. Please suggest, should he keep his arabic name or change it? which one has more changes of getting Visa approved.
