Hi,
I already have a valid B1 Visa stamped for 10 years and also I have travelled to US on B1 in the year 2014.
My husband has a H1B visa and hence me and my daughter have got H4 visa stamped in Feb 2015.
My company has initiated the process of H1B visa for the year 2015. If I get through the lottery which will be declared somewhere around
the month of May 2015, I have below queries on the same.
a) Is my B1 Visa going to be valid even after H4/H1B stamping?
b) If my employer files H1B petition for me in the current year, will I be able to travel on H4 Visa between the month of May and October 2015 on Loss of Pay?
If I go on Loss of Pay then my salary slip will have the salary as 0 Rs. but the payslip will be generated.
So, at the time of H1B stamping is it possible to provide the salary slip with salary amount as 0 Rs.?
c) Does having an H4 will impact my H1B stamping?
