Executive action is halted by Texas Judge!

Texas judge has decided to halt executive action, how does it effect us who are legally in transition from non immigrant visa holders to immigrants? Our i140 is done, and were counting on H4 EAD.

It was such a disappointing news, all my plans were based on executive action.
