How to fill family application after few days of submitting H1B DS 160

I submitted my DS 160 .Now wants to create a family application for my dependents. I am not getting the ThankYou page when trying to retrieve my application.How can i apply for family application.Please help

I recently created family application for my family (2 weeks ago).
I got the option of family application once i completed my form and after second family member I again got same option.So I added all 5 member in one family application.

I think you submitted your application and then closed.

You can create new application and this time go slow and look for family application option.
