Here is my situation - My H1B visa transfer was filed on December 18th 2014 and I ended up getting RFE on December 31st. We responded to the RFE on Feb 6th (which happened to be a Friday) and I believe FedEx reported it reached there on the 7th. Considering that was the weekend, would the 15 day clock (after RFE response) begin on 9th - Monday? Also, how long does it usually take to get the petition along with the extension of stay approved? I saw in different threads that it takes anywhere between 2 days and 14 days. Right now, its close to 11 days and I am starting to get a little anxious. Is anyone else in the same boat? Can someone please advise? Thank you very much!
