Hi,
I have a approved H1B, after a COS from H4 from a reputed company. However, I cannot join them for some medical reasons. The company has agreed to on-board me as it is a COS and will generate pay slips with 0 Pay and have agreed to allow me to go on a Leave of absence for medical reasons.
My question is? Is this okay to do and how long can I go on a Leave of Absence? Will it ever create issues for me at a later stage - on a new H1 or a GC related application?
