Name miss spelled in transcripts

Hi,
This is sreekanth, I'm planning to apply for H1B visa.
I have a query,can anyone clarify please?

My name in passport & transctipts of (10th,12th, & Under graduation) is spelled as Sreekanth
where as in my PG transcripts it is spelled as srikanth.

surname is correct in all transcripts.

will this cause any issue for filling H1B?
