I have got my H1 visa approved in 2013 and it is valid till june 2016. I have got it stamped last week on my passport. Now i want to go to US but my employer don't have any project right now so can i file a transfer to other employer and once transfer is approved i can travel on old stamping with new I797 & LCA or do i need to go for stamping again.
