Hi,
* I am living OUTSIDE US.
* I got a job offer from US, and accepted, employer filed petition, and got APPROVAL.
* 3 years a go, I got a B1/B2 tourist visa for 10 years, it is still VALID.
* The question is that can I enter US with my Tourist visa and start working? or DO I have to have a H1B Visa stamp on my passport to be able to work?
