Hello,
I got my H1B stamped in Oct 2014 from my current employer, however, I never traveled to US on this VISA. Now I got an offer from some other employer and they wants to start my H1B transfer. Meanwhile my current employer has decided to revoke my original petition. I am currently at offshore location.
Can somebody please let me know if my current petition is revoked, will it impact H1B transfer?
H1B transfer after original petition is revoked is possible and cap exempted?
