H1 Stamping after change of employer

Hi All,

I need some help, I have my H1b stamping from Company A until Sep'15 and I switched to company B where I got my new I-797 approved till Nov'16. I'm planning to go to India in Jun'15. Can I go for the stamping this time? Is there any minimum time period I should wait before the existing stamping expires? Please advise!

Just curious.. H1-b validity is given for 3 years which i assume is Sep 15. So how did you get a 797 approval until Nov 16.

- Who is your employer now?
- Have you changed jobs already?
- Do you have paystubs from employer ?
