First of all i want to thank each and every memeber of Immihelp for helping everyone. This is website is the perfect place to find answers for all the questions related to Visa.
Now , let me ask my question.
When i have gone through the required documents for H1B processing in immihelp i noticed that the tax filling /return document has been mentioned as required.Last month my employer started processing H1B for me.But I did not file my taxes last time. Will it be problem ? If yes, is there anyway to fix this.

I am from India.First time applying for H1B.
