I140 Approved H1B Revoked, filled a MTR

My I140 is approved, but H1B is revoked, we have filled a MTR.

1) What are the chances of MTR decision coming out in our favor?
2) What other choices do I have at this point?
3) Can we apply for a new H1B in this years cap under the same company?
4) Are there anythings I need to consider or take precautions on?
