Hi All,
I'm a Canadian Permanent Resident working and living in Canada for last couple of years. I'm thinking to apply for H1B visa this year to work in USA for some time to gain some valuable experience. I came across an IT consultancy in NJ who is willing to sponsor my H1B Visa.
Will there be any problem in my TN visa when I will be Canadian Citizen in future if my H1B visa gets rejected for some reason this year ?
