Petitioner name, Start Date, Receipt Number, Expiry Date for H1B1?

Hi, I'm applying for the H1B1 (Singapore specific non-immigrant work visa) in Europe and I'm trying to set up an account to set up an appointment. They are requesting "Petitioner's name", "Start Date", "Receipt Number", and "Expiry Date"--I don't think H1B1 needs a petition so I don't think I have this information. The online form has these fields as mandatory though. Anyone has any ideas? Thank you!
