Employer changed, Do i need new H1 stamping if i want to travel outside of USA ?

Hi,
I have my H1 visa stamped from employer AAA (full time job) and is valid till September 2017 . I have changed my employer to YYY (full time job ). If i travel outside of USA then Do i need to get my H1 visa stamped again ?

You have clearly mentioned in your FAQs ( https://www.immihelp.com/h1-visa-transfer-faq/ ) new h1 stamping is not required in this particular case case. But i have heard people say other wise. Hence the confusion.

I would say it is advisable to go for fresh stamping, but its technically not mandatory.
