How to Avoid RFE

Hi ,

I hold BSC degree in maths and having 6 years of experience in IT industries .....

i have given all my degree mark sheet and original degree

all my previous employer offer and appointment letter ,experience letter,relieving letters ...

i came to know in this case USCIS issues RFEs on Education and Experience

can you please suggest me how to avoid RFE and what are required documents to be submit before application filled by employers.

Have your educational evaluation done, this is an important part of the petition if you are qualified with degree equivalent based on academic qualifications and professional experience.

Thanks for reply,

Attorney from my sponsor might have done this educational evaluation,he is saying that there might be chances of getting RFE as per my education and experience documents

as i have done BSC maths and working in IT computer science field .

to avoid RFE before filling application they are asking me to get professor evaluation form from my previous employers ...

i dont know what kind document it is what to ask my previous employers or managers
