Does filing of PERM (GC) of H1 spouse affects H4 to H1 COS ?
Hi,
I am working in US on H1 visa and my employer filed my green card PERM application few days back. My wife lives with me in US on H4 visa and we are going to file her H1 new petition this year in April.
I would like to know if my GC processing (EB2) can have any impact on my spouse's H4 to H1 conversion this year ?
