I stayed in US for 3 years and returned to India in 2008 and never travelled to US again. My last i-797 expired on May 04 2009 and currently in india
One employer A came forward and filing a cap exempt petition for me. At the same time another company B is filing a fresh h1 petition this year.
My question is for example If my transfer petition(cap exempt) from company A approved and get the visa stamped and at the same time if my h1 petition from company B picked in lottery and approved. Can I travel on company A's visa and work for full six years with company B after Oct 2015.
Please advice on this.
