H1B visa stamping requires if switching company A to B

I recently switched the job and my H1B got transferred from company A to company B and got extension till sept 2017 and whereas visa stamped in my passport is till sept 2015 from old employer also my wife’s and kid’s H4 visa is still not transferred and there H4 is still valid till sept 2015. I am planning to visit India from 8th April to 3rd may I have couple of question here:
1. Do I need to transfer my dependent visa from my old employer to current employer prior to my India visit or can it be done later as well as it’s valid till sept 2015
2. Do I need to go for stamping as well or I can use my old visa which is valid till sept 2015 at the US port entry.

1. Not required as such. Employer does not "own" the visa.
2. You can use the old visa but understand that you and your family will get I-94 only till Sept-2015.
