D-157 Previous Employer Details

Hi All,

i have got my H1B Approved and currently working in Dubai. i am goin to fill up the form D-157 and struck at Previous employers detail section. as my previous company does not exist any more, what should i write?

shall i give the details of people when i was there?

will there be any problem?
