H1B Transfer Premium Processing Times

Hi,

I have applied for an H1B transfer and below is USCIS current status. My attorney is saying wait for it get approved .

"On February 26, 2015, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC15 YYYY X, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by March 28, 2015"

I have not got any response till now. How long usually it takes and what next I have to do if it is already delayed?

Its take 15 days. Once you file PP they will send receipt to attorney by Fax on same day. Hard copy will receive by 3-4 business days. Ask your attorney about Fax for receipt I-797C. once you receive I-797C count 15 days. Its more than 15 days, your attorney should call or email USCIS and ask your Request Number. Good Luck
