Need to know the eligibility for Green card under EB1 category

Hi,

I was a Project Manager in Company A(Product based company) in India for more than 1 year and last year I have joined Company B (Consulting company) in USA as a Senior Manager.
In this case, am I eligible for filling Green Card under EB1 category ?

For A maybe, for B I dont think so. One criteria is that you should have been working outside US for at least 1 Year for the employer in a management/executive position. Since you were not working for B outside US you may not be eligible for EB1 through them.

Thanks for the inputs, now if I change my job back to Company A in USA, in that case am I eligible for EB1 category ?
