I was working with a vaild H1B visa from employer A which is valid till July 2015.
B initiated my visa transfer and it got denied on 12 March so I stoped working for B
C had also initiated my visatransfer from A which got approved on 13 March.
C is not giving me a joining date yet.
D initiated my visa transfer from A on 25 March.
Question : If I start working with D with the receipt# now and in future when C gives me a joining date,
does C need to file an H1B transfer from D to C before I can work with C?
