Hi,
My wife got H4 extension based on my H1B but her name is incorrect in I-539 approval notice. Her name is appearing on approval like "Seema Singh, No Given Name" which is incorrect the correct name should be like Singh, Seema.
I raised a request to USCIS last week to correct it but I don't know how much time it will take to correct it. My wife is planning to go back to India in next 20 days, where she will stay for 15 days and then she will come back. My question is:
1. During stamping on H4 visa in India will she face any problem ?
2. How much time it will take to get correct approval with correct name?
