H1B Transfer

Hi All,

I've an approved H1B and have also Visa stamped in my Passport (both H1 and H4 for my wife) on February, 2015 after ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING hurdle. However the following are my queries:

1. I've approved Visa stamped for Employer A. But I'm yet to travel to US. But Employer B is also keen in my filing a H1B (Premium Processing). What if I don't travel to US with Employer A instead travel to US with Employer B? Do I need to go for Visa stamping again?

2. Or what if I travel to US with Employer A only, then switch from there to Employer B within 15-30 days of time. Will there be any possible issues in the H1B Transfer? Can Employer A revoke my H1B after they'll come to know?

I am not 100% sure

But

1) Yes you have to get new stamping
2) There is a chance of revoking the H1. But you will get a receipt in a week(i got in 2 days ) after filing the transfer. Once you get the receipt dont think A can withdraw.
