H1 Transfer while H4 Extension still pending

Hi,

I am on H1B and working for Company A. Current I-94 is valid till 2017. My wife is on H4 and her I-94 Expired in Jan 2015. We applied for H4 Extension(I-539) in December 2014 and it is still pending with USCIS.
Now I am planning to switch companies and transfer my H1 to Company B while H4 Extension (I-539) is still pending with USCIS.

My Questions are

Is there any issue transferring my H1 at this time? I am worried mainly because once I transfer my current I 797 with Company A may not be valid.

Will it impact H4 Extension?

Is there anything I can do to notify USCIS about change of Employer or any process to handle this type of situations?

Some one please help me with this .... Is there a way I can notify USCIS about my change in employer or its not necessary?
