I have valid H1B till september 2015. I want to know that, when I need to ask my employer to do the H1B extension.

for worst case scenarios how soon I need to apply my H1B extension. Please advise me.

USCIS allows upto 6 Months before petition expiry so, if I797 is also expiring Sep 2015 then as early as March 2015.

There are several factors to consider, any plans to travel between now and Sept 2015? Any plans of job change? How many layers between you and final end client?

H1B Extension

My H1B visa expired on 30 september 2015, I am going to India in the May month for some personal reason, I will back 3rd week of May 2015.once I back from the india, can I apply the H1B extension. I have only 4 month left for extension. Is it any issue to apply my H1B extension within the short period? Please give the suggestion.

I would suggest you apply extension after returning back. I don't see any issues as long as you don't foresee any issues in getting the required SOW, Client letter, if applicable.
