Possibility of H1 transfer from India

Hi,

I have some queries regarding H1B transfer

Company A filed my H1B in 2012(FY2013) and that was approved for 2 years. I traveled to USA from Company A and then transferred my H1B to Company B(small). Got the approval for 3 years(till sep 2017) and started working for Company B. Now, I need to go back to india due to personal reasons. So, I am thinking to re-join in company A if they are willing me to rehire. if so, what will happen to my H1B?

1) Is it posiible to Cancel my approved H1B by Company B?
2) is it possible to transfer my H1B to Company A or C from india later(6 months or 1 yr...) if they have any such req not immediately?

So you mean to say you are planning to resign from B and re join A in India?

1. Dont see why you would want to do that because as it is you are resigning from B and leaving US.
2. Yes.
