Hi,
I am currently on F1 status, but planning to change my status from F1 to H4. I understand the change of status from F1 to H4 will take 2-3 months of processing time.
My spouse(who is on H1) will be traveling to India for two weeks on vacation.
Would my spouse's travel adversely impact my processing of F1 to H4 as I am still in US, and my spouse will have a new I94 from the time I filed my COS.
