hi I need a urgent help..i went to US and stayed there fr 5 years in L1 VISa from big INDIAN MNC.after returning to india a small consultancy firm filled my h1b and it got stamped ( petition approved fr one year)..but fr lack of client letter and lack of proper project CBP officers denied my entry and cancelled my visa with prejudice..they said I can go there in future..now my question is
1.with proper client letter and project details can my petitioner send me again fr stamping ??
2. if I join a new company here can my new employer transfer this current h1b ?will it be a cap exempt case ?
3. at the POE they asked me fr 2 options .either they can reject my entry fr 5 years or I will withdraw the visa,...so there will be no ban on me..i opted fr the second option,.now does this "cancelled with prejudice " term will effect the new stamping and make any problem with POE again?
