H1B/L1 after B1

Hi All,

My employer will apply for B1 in Jan. The company i am working with is the biggest IT company in this country.
My concern is that since i am not in my home country, will I be granted B1 Visa. I know some guys have got H1B from here.

Also If my B1 is accepted/Rejected , will this affect my H1B application in March/April.

Hi,
You will qualify for attending B1 visa interview if you have proof of your temporary residence/work permit in that country.

Rejection of b1 will not affect your H1B if H1B sponsor and the documents are good.

does L1 stamping cancel valid stamped H1 B

Hi,
If a person has a valid H1B stamped and applies for L1 B from its employer, in that case, can the existing H1B be cancelled at any stage??
