H1B Petition withdrawal
Hi,
I'm Rajesh, I work for Company A on H1B Visa and I have received an offer from Company B and my H1B Transfer completed on Premium processing. I learnt from Company B that, they dont have a start date yet and no sign that I can hear from them soon. Now here is my questionnaire.
1. Should I ask company B to withdraw my H1B transfer before company X files another H1B Transfer.
2. If the H1B transfer can not be withdrawn soon, will it have an impact on my future H1B transfer and Green card filing. I have been approached by Company X and advised me to withdraw H1B Transfer from Company B before they work on my H1B Transfer with them.
I'm kind of uncertain, please advise.
