Hi All,
I came to US on H4 in Feb 2013 and then applied for H1 and got selected in lottery.
I worked for Oct 2013 to Feb 2014 and then transferred to H4 in March to attend my baby.
Now i am ready to work as my baby is more than a year old.
I want to know if i can apply directly for H4 to H1 COS after finding a project or is there any other process involved here.
I am not really sure if my previous H1b is withdrwan or not.
