switching employers on h1

[fedup of my employer]

My current employer is terminating my employment on 30 april 2015

My new employer is starting my employment on 04 may 2015 based on petition receipt number which is awaiting approvals.

Will it be a problem from immigration point of view. Will it cause any promlems while green card processing. That I was not employed for three days.
