Hi Experts,
My approved petition (valid upto september end 2015) for Employer A , client x and location x.Recently my employer(A)filed LCA for same client in y location.But As per new rule change for relocation also DOL asked for ammendment so my employer decided against it (As it will take 5-6 months for processing )and we cancelled the LCA.Fortunately in the same week for same client in location x position got opened and my emplyer A starting stamping process.I NEED O TRAVEL ASAP . ..do you see any issues might come later in process/or in interview?
I am bit skeptical after a simple relocation lca turned out to be a ammendment case..PLEASE REPLY asap
