Need Helo on H1B visa.

Hi,

I had H1B visa stamped on my old passport, along with the Petition Papers. Issue Date = 12th Oct 2007 & Expiration Date = 20 Aug 2010.
I stayed in USA on this Visa from 28th June 2008 to 11th Oct 2208 (Around 3 and 1/2 months).

I changed my organization now, so just want to know as my H1B visa got expired in year 2010. Can it be renewed or extended by my new organization.

I will appreciate your help.

Your last stay was over 6 Years back so you no longer would be cap exempt. I would advise you seek guidance from the attorney of the employer to determine your cap exemption eligibility.
