Employer Name Change
Hi,
I am planning for vacation to India and I had to go for stamping as i have transferred by H1 to a new employer.
My employer has changed the name of the company recently.
My question is, in my DS160, do I need to mention the name of the Employer as the old name, or do i need to mention it as "New Name - Formerly known as OldName". However, in my Petition approval notice, it has old name.
My employer promised that he would provide me the documentation that the name has changed.
Kindly advise what should i fill in my DS160. Also, let me know if there would be any issue at the interview.
