Lost Passport with H1B stamp

In Sept 2014, i lost my passport with H1B visa stamp valid till June 2014.

Currently, I have new passport with approved H1B petition till June 2017.

Will there be any issue during Stamping ?

Any precautionary measures needs to be taken ?

I've seen a similar case and the person did not face any issues while getting re-stamping done.
